Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free materials. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your guests is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one from our vast selection at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Yes. In fact, most of our tent rentals are reserved in case there is rain in the forecast. Our tents are designed for use rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel and allow you to reschedule in the event of strong wind and lightning.
Our rentals can be set up on grass, cement, wood, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed on. Tents that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags, water barrels or other weighted items.
In order to reserve and hold your items, you need to pay your non-refundable deposit no later than 48 hours prior to your event. Your rental is not reserved until the deposit is paid. Your balance can be paid online any time prior to your event or in cash upon arrival.
Yes. For an extra fee, you can keep your rental overnight, except when weather is a deterrent. You can also rent for multiple days.

Helpful Tips & Event Planning Reminders
Planning a party can be a big job, but we’re here to make it easier for you. Before booking, measure your space to ensure the equipment will fit safely. If you’re renting a tent, make sure there’s access to power and/or water nearby. For outdoor setups, choose a flat area free from tree branches or overhead lines.
Consider booking extra tables and chairs for food, gifts, and guests who prefer to sit and relax. Don’t forget to have a backup plan in case of bad weather — especially for outdoor events.
